That came out great! Personally I think I would want the selector switch accent piece to match the pilot light bezel.
Where did you find that pilot light? I like the large bezel.

And use the bolts that are holding the selector lever to hold down the plate

Its bright but it is far to be like an annoying LED.

The wood base was removed. It was too massive, so I made four small isolated legs, mini legs 3/8” diameter.
The leg was designed to fit inside a rubber grommet beside the extra isolation pad.
Those tube are not going to get any external vibration at all!

Redrill the screw holes to 1/4" installed the grommers and then the pads.
A great rubber that I used is from a sticky pad my wife gave me long time ago for my phone. After the stickyness gone the jelly rubber remain soft.
a new pad stil available and is not expensive at all, wort the try.
