What the #$^#^#$%$%?

I've always wanted that system. Everytime I see that system for sale it is always overpriced. It is a conspiracy

I know ... he's trying to break into that "Asian Market Place" where they pay big bucks ... or maybe no :scratch2:

Wonder if its our ol' pal, Vlad the Impaler, ie, Vlad 20001 ?!? Remember HIM ?!?

No.They are separate(though similarly notorious online auction villains).Looking-back in the AK archives(otherwise known as the search function)it will be seen that BeatleFred was posting about the man of many IDs,contemporaneously with the other posts about Vlad(which isn't his online name any more)

Here's an early AK thread for consideration:

I don't think so--wouldn't touch that one with your credit card. An ePay thing--it's been said before--when you see a new seller, look at his feedback. If it's all from buying, usually inexpensive items, like this guy has been buying shirts and pants, and suddenly he's selling the crown jewels, look out! To put up listings for the crown jewels, all he needs are pictures... Pictures are a lot cheaper than the actual items.

Also of note, the current ID Aqua_Bleu_One is one of three name changes.

Edit: Apparently, he just changes his ID name (something I did not realize was possible), but I believe others keep several ID's in various stages of use.

He has a fairly low positive rating for that many sales. His replies to the negatives are rude and insulting. The background you folks have dug up on him just confirm the impression that first two issues I mentioned made - stay away in droves.

The thing is:

We all need to bang the drum about this guy.Keep awareness of his methods. He keeps running the same scam.We need to keep exposing him.

All of us. :smoke:

Exclamation Not just fishy...
Guys this isn't just fishy this IS the same guy who has been kicked off of Ebay AND Audiogon in the past MULTIPLE TIMES for being a "problematic" Seller. This is his MO: He starts a new username conducts business a while- long enough to come across as legit and then he lists TONS of very high end expensive gear all at once then buyers start having trouble with him i.e. items not shipped. I have had personal experience with these "people" I believe it's a family. One of them operated out of Georgia a while as "obamaclinton" both on Ebay and Audiogon and got kicked off of both. I know for a fact they are the same entity- the pictures in this auction: HERE is the same furniture and the same item he tried to sell as "obamaclinton" when he was operating out of Kennesaw, GA! The other auctions show that same kids table in the yard as these guys have used in their pictures in the past AND they are always selling from Valley Stream, NY. I bought an Accuphase from a guy who bought it from them. The seller tried to rip him off by not allowing him to pay via paypal but the buyer refused to pay without using Paypal so the buyer let the guy use his mothers paypal account and sure enough the buyer ended up having to place a claim because the seller would not ship! Eventually because the buyer had his mother's paypal account froze the seller finally sent it BUT he kept the rosewood side panels and tried to get the buyer to send more money for them! DO NOT trust these people with a mail delivery If you must deal with them ONLY buy in cash in person and it wouldn't hurt to have a couple of "big guys" with you. These are some of the sleaziest scammers I have ever come across and as you can tell I have been following them closely. I spoke with one poor guy who had been ripped off by them and he said he had reported them to the FBI! Obviously nothing came of it.

OMG! :yikes:
Did anybody bother to check his completed listings? I did :)
Sold only 8 items sofar, most notably a healthy $5000 for a Yamaha MX-10000 Power Amp. Worth that much?

I think Theophile nailed it. I was thinking that it looked like he was collecting pics off of Audiogon and posting them on the Bay.

Some of ya'll just aren't getting it.

We've all seen this joker's shenanigans before. The regular whistle-blowers are probably tired of pointing it out to everyone and getting chastised for it.

Papi Chulo gets items in bulk from a Japanese supplier, who appears to take all the stock photos. The items are almost entirely 100V and NOT the item pictured. It's entirely likely the item is in NOT on US soil until sold. Ask for a serial number or closeup pic, or pic with a recently dated USA Today and you will not see any response.
