Pair of KLH Model Fives - about 1974
Pioneer SX-1010 & CT-F9191 - 1975
AR-91 speakers - 1979
Yamaha R-1000 - 1982

Sennheiser HD-414, bought new in 1968. Uher Royal deLuxe, from 1971. Dual 1229, 1975. Dual 502, 1977; actually my sisters table, she gave to me. The same applies to her Rotel RX-303. Blaupunkt LAB-155 speakers, 1969 or -70.

A pair of Goodman's Havant speakers, a Philips 308 turntable and a Sharp RT-442H cassette deck, all purchased new in 1972 and all still in perfect working order.

The extraneous noises at the beginning and end of the recordings were made by my little Lumix camera.

I had to think about it. Most of my equipment is tube and either built new, or bought new in the last 13 or so years, same for my sources.
I have an old BSR spectrum analyzer I bought in '86. But the oldest is a Realistic TM-1000 tuner, and a pair of Oprimus 2B speakers. It's what left of a Realistic system I bought in '75.
I worked there in high school and bought the tuner, matching SA-1000A intigrated amp, LAB turntable, top loading cassette deck, pair of Optimus 2B speakers, and later that year a pair of Optimus 1B speakers.
The tuner still works great, although it isn't used much and is sitting on a shelf.

That I bought, it would be a Sony STR-V3 receiver I bought in college in 1980 or so, and next a Carver M400 from 1982 or so. That has been in the family? A Heath Williamson amp and pre (W-5M and WA-P2) and Sherwood tuner (S3000) from about the late 1950's or early 1960's . . . all with original manuals. (I also have a Heath AR-15 from, I'm guessing, early 70's . . . again, from the family (Dad and I built it.)) I have not powered the W-M5 in a while, but the rest is known good and working.
