Which Forte?

There's an excellent pair of Quartets local if that would work for you. They don't come available often. 10" woofer, 12" passive and Tractix mid horn.

I saw this and agree they are in excellent condition. I've been set on Fortes, maybe I should open my options up.

I had to go back and see where you were located. There's a pair of the Epic CF-4's on e b a y right now but, unfortunately, they're in Illinois. At $950, that's a decent deal no matter which version.

I have the Quartets. How large is your room? What will you be driving them with? I use mine in a basement 'Rec' Room and they play as loud as I want. Basically the same speaker as the Forte II in a smaller package.
