Best belt drive Realistic/CEC would be the LAB 300. The stereofanboy list is correct on the DD models.

The LAB 500 is a very, very nice table. I wish I had never sold mine. One of my bigger audio regrets. I thought I just wasn't that into vinyl. Boy was I wrong.

I absolutely love my 400, use it nearly every day. The only issue I have is that the tone arm drops faster than I'd like, but I just lower it manually, so not really a big deal. It came to me free from a friend.

RD 8100 is by far the nicest looking table.
Similar looking to the Marantz 6300 (made by CEC I think). Maybe this one was a CEC as well.

I've recently gotten back into listening to music, vinyl primarily. I don't have a ton of experience with turntables so I didn't know what to expect from the Lab440 I picked up. Man, I couldn't be happier. You don't have to be an expert to realize it's a really nice piece of gear. I put a new Ortofon Omega cartridge on mine because the original had a bad channel and I didn't want to spend a ton on an untested table. This setup sounds just fine IMO, and it tracks perfectly when setup with the Stevenson protractor. Every time I see or get to use a friend or relative's table, it makes me see it even more.

Re: LAB 300 sound. It performs fine and is well built. It sounds fine.
wow I forgot all about this one the Realistic RD 8100 man now i go hunting for one thanks for posting thisRD 8100 is by far the nicest looking table.
It was a Canada only model, so might not be easy to find.
I like my LAB 500. I've had 2 and this one eventually got a good lid.
