    DTC-790 stops playing

    Hello, I've been trying to repair my DTC-790 dat recorder. When i put a tape in, the tape loads normal, when i press play the right tape pickup doesn't turn. When i take the mechanism out and push the black solenoid the both tape pickups run freely. any idea? thx!
