I must admit that i dont uderstand the second part of sentence.
Poskok2010, Somet is in Bulgaria. His post may be the output from a translator app, and a bit difficult to read.

I read his post as a recommendation in support of the seller's site.

Randy (AK member Runningdog) at irebuildmarantz.com puts together great rebuild kits for many vintage solid state Marantz receivers. I have used his kits and they have high quality components: all electrolytic caps, a few films, trouble prone transistors and diodes, and he has bulb kits that include new velum. He is also a great resource if you run into trouble, and more than willing to help.

yea i know but he should know that google translate doesnt work well with "small" languages. It will be very funny and maybe frustrating to try to communicate with them via google translate if i try to buy something from them. Even though, somebody write that page on english.

No, Somet is the name of the person who posted in post number three, the post you said that you didn't completely understand. He is a brand new member, first post by him, and I imagine he is finding his way.

As for the English on the website, It looks pretty good to me, but I am Canadian, and have been told, by some, that Canadians don't use proper English. I disagree.

Your English is better than the English of some of the people who criticized mine. Given the circumstances, I would probably use the source you suggested.

Sorry about this but don't like a idiots who talk before thing :) Regards
There's a lot of that going around in this old world. I try to take it all in stride.

No point in getting worked up over something you have no control over. You only have control over your response. That, and having a bad reaction might come back on you.

Nobody wants that.

I wanted to share a few words on my experience with Audio High Store so far.

First off, when I made my order, 1.5 months went by and still no package. So I contacted the site and then they over-nighted them to me! This removed any resentment or annoyance at the long wait, however as I started to go through the kit and install capacitors, I found out my kit was missing 4 of the capacitors for my Sansui AU-517 listed in their part sheet. I contacted them again and they sent those out to me. However, those have yet to arrive (been 2 weeks), so I'm still sitting with an incomplete upgrade/non-working amplifier.

I will be posting a full review of the actual HW upgrade and the changes I noticed on my website (links below in sig) if anyone is interested. My site is owned solely by me and I'm the only author, so no marketing BS in the slightest. I welcome any criticism or comments on any of my articles as I strive to deliver better content with each publishing.

I know this is a old thread but I would also like to add my pennys worth, I ordered a Yamaha CA-2010 Capacitor upgrade kit from Audio High End Store on 30th August 2019 with a shipping notification received on the 2nd September and had not received the kit by the 3rd October, their web site states 10 - 12 days for delivery but contact them if not received within 30 days, so I shot off a email to them and had a email back quickly from them saying they would resend, I chased them again asking if they had sent the replacement yet which they replied they had by priority mail? I'm still waiting? of course there is no tracking info available?

I have just sent another email requesting proof of posting for both shipments and local tracking if available and asking for a full refund if they cant supply the details. if that is not forthcoming then a Paypal dispute will be opened.
here's hopping that it will still arrive

Mod Edit: Take your outside transaction's disagreement to its proper venue, which is not here. Thank you

Everything I've heard from my readers and on forum threads (like this one), leads me to believe these issues are not isolated. It seems like Audio High-End has a serious issue with shipping orders out on time AND putting the right parts in their kits. What they sent me could have damaged my AU-517 amplifier if it was put in a problematic position. They sent me like 6 or 8 bi-polar capacitors for an amplifier that only contains two bi-polar capacitors total! That made it real confusing when trying to install their kit!

I'd like to know how they got so well known in the amplifier community, if their quality of service is so poor.

I mean, I eventually got what I needed from them, but it was far from a smooth experience. Personally, I tell my readers to go and buy these parts individually from retailers like: Digikey, Mouser or Newark.

If you are concerned about value, you can save some serious cash buying small capacitor "lots" on EBay, vs. the prices you see on most retailers. Especially since many of the capacitor values are used multiple places in amps. I have yet to buy a bad (modern) cap off EBay, sure I've had bad vintage ones (that goes with the territory).

Personally, I avoid Ebay as cheap Chinese counterfeits run rampant there. Just take your time and write up a BOM list of caps, trannies, diodes, etc and go to Digikey or Mouser or any other REPUTABLE dealer.

Old thread I know..
I recently paid for a recap kit for my Sony STR 6065 using PayPal
After 5 days received an email stating that my order was shipped ( no tracking info)
After 30 days I sent them an email to enquire. They replied it has been sent.
After 60 days I enquired again & threatened to open a dispute with PayPal. They said they will resend my kit.
After 70 days I told them to refund my money which they did quickly.
I never received any recap kit.
Smells scammy to me.
