Ordered the NAD 216 kit from them. It's been a month. They said they would check on it, and send another immediately out. Now I'm worried that the parts are no good. Not good. Hope he delivers, and I'll have to check every cap that I replace and make sure they're right. Some of these reports are really troubling. I just didn't want to spend hours searching for each part. And now I think thats what I'll end up doing. AFTER waiting a month for the order.

Anything I should look for. I ordered three kits total, so having to check his parts will be a pain in the butt.

I have ordered mine on Sept 9th
Haven’t seen anything

followed up with them and they mentioned it was still on its way.

I ordered a kit for my Akai AM-55 on the 10th of november 2021
Received an (automated) order confirmation immediately.
On the 15th of november I received an email that the items were shipped to the Netherlands.
Today on the 24th I received the package from Bulgaria.
By the looks of it all capacitors are there. Included is a capacitor parts list for this particular amplifier.
Sooo.... The fun begins in dismanteling this little thing of horror and desoldering the caps. (Bought a desoldering station especially for this job.)
So I am positive with this shop. I would have expected much longer transit times since the world is practically on fire with Covid...

@Andrew7dg Give them some time. In case you haven't noticed half the world stopped turning and logistics are a nightmare worldwide.

EDIT : Okay, almost all parts were there. Four caps were not included in the set and are not mentioned in the partslist.
However, there were 5 bipolar capacitors that were not included. Alas, they delivered normal polarized ones instead.
Luckily I was paying attention! Using polarized caps instead of bipolar will let the magic smoke out.
So I ended up scoring those (rare) bipolars from DigiKey with the consequence I had to pay a ton of shipping costs.

Another thread resurrection. I ordered a kit for my Nakamichi April 27, 2022. I sent a letter and asking for a tracking twice.. Still nothing yet over a month..

Beware:
Bought something from these guys and didn't get anything. Even if I initially asked for a tracking or part. Its more than 2 months now and nothing. So I went ahead and filed a claim on visa international for charge reversal.

Definately a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. I ordered a recap kit for AU717 on March 26th of this year, and still have not received it. They replied only once with a BS answer saying supply chain issues. Second reply they said they'd send it "soon" with a tracking number - a month ago - and still NOTHING.

I am in the same boat on a Sansui C2101 kit 29 days and they never replied until I posted on the facebook page that they deleted. Will just get a refund hopefully.

damn, i wish i had checked this thread earlier. btw, sorry to dig up an old thread...but this guy is still out there pulling their scam so important to keep the warnings coming.

my recent experience is exactly the same as everyone else's....ordered, got shipping notif (no tracking,despite saying i MUST have it for my destination), asked for it/promised it, promise to provide not fulfilled, reported to my bank, charge reversed, scammer sends notif of refund.

what i'd like to know (and pursue) is how we can shut this thief down? a whois lookup doesn't provide much info other than godaddy being their host. if anyone has any experience shutting down a non-US scam site, please get in touch. TIA

That's what you can do is kindly ask you bank or your credit card to reverse the charges. It may work and it may not. But at least you have to try. I got my debit cards payment reversal after 2 months filing of non receive of the item, changed the card too. Hope this helps.

Also ordered caps for my Ymaha AX700 from https://www.audio-high-store.com/ months ago , and never got my order . They said problem with mail etc etc all BS ----- AVOID THAT SITE
