Companies making the dies for the paper packaging industry usually have Laser cutting machines to cut different thickness plywoods, as used on the dies for flat-bed diecutters.
I suppose it is possible to get one of these companies to cut the boards you supply, provided you supply a drawing as well, for a relatively small outlay.
I´m certainly going to enquire with my die supplier, even if that is only a project for the future.

Or, have them make you a steel-rule die, and start whacking out a bunch of corrugated cross-sections for the horn. Seal the cut edge on each slice, laminate them together, and....
I work at a shop with a three big honking CNC routers (one has a 4'x 10' table), two laser cutters and some other stuff. This is a job shop. If you have the geometry getting a shop to cut these for you would be no big deal. If you have some dimensions in mind I would put them into a simple CAD drawing for you. :thmbsp: You got me thinking now.
BTW - Waterjets can cut very thick stuff like 12" or more so you could make this out of one chunk if it was the right material.
Well it's a cool design, But I guess I dont understand why they didn't rout a cable channel for the speaker wires, and mount the driver 180 out from where it is. :headscrat
