Right, fact is only thing that tastes like chicken is chicken, might resemble, might closely resemble but the only thing that tastes like chicken is chicken because it is chicken.

I don't agree with these tactics. However they are a a company on private property and have a right to "protect" that property. If venues around here started using Facial Recognition and were unjustly banning people I wouldn't attend the shows.

That's just going to cost them more money in legal fees, as those lawyers will obviously sue. And, I expect, in a jury trial, that Dolan/MSG will lose that lawsuit. It smacks of discrimination- mostly, because it IS discrimination against people who have no culpability...

And, since it's lawyers that are being kicked out- watch and see, magically, some legislation will appear at a state or local level (maybe even federal), that bans that practice. One hand washing the other, so to say.
