MC2105 auto former

My two cents with the bidding.
As the last parts unit sold for $480.00 plus shipping.
The folks that lost out on it, could be more than likely eyeing in on this one.
So they may be thinking the 500 range.

You may have to go that high, best to go high than to lose out. But not knowing also what you are willing to spend.
Pre load your bid and click on your bid with 4 to 5 seconds left on auction.
Also you could sell the other autoformer and other parts to regain some of your money back.
I like your thoughts on it.

Going to be a long wait til Monday evening.

I’ve been told that the cost would exceed the value of my amplifier. I can’t quite figure that out. I did speak to MM…they wouldn’t give me a price but said it would be many months to get it done .
Yes, I think the amp transformer is a whole different animal than the little preamp transformer.

The good bidders are laying in the weeds waiting for the last few seconds to bid.... :)
Your main problem could be a highball bid from an interested party. Only way to determine amount is to exceed it with a bid, let others do that and snipe your best offer as per previously discussed protocols in the last few seconds.

I'm wondering if it would be worth asking this fella on that site that offers up restoration for
$789.00
If he has one?

Wow. Thank you.
I’m surprised how quickly the bidding is heating up on the other unit. Doubling in the last hour. 4+ days to go.
And don't forget, some of the people your bidding against might also be reading this thread.
I believe AK has many more people who just read here then people who actually post comments.

Good point.
I was for years before I joined.
You mean it might cause them to withdraw from even considering bids on this item because they’ll know of my completely unpredictable behavior combined with wildly sophisticated knowledge of how to beat the eBay algorithms? Yeah wouldn’t want them to know any of that. :-)
