Mystery CL Speakers

[-reverb-]

Hey folks,

Anyone recognize what these may be? Notice they are sitting on a palette - so they are quite large. At first, I though Bozak but probably not. :scratch2:

[Brad Muller]

Worth a look. You never know what might be hiding in there!

[Dukiedook]

Yeah, Bozak would be my guess from the pic.
Could be custom with JBLs or something nice in there, never know.

[pilotputz]

If those were on my CL I would be on my way over there right now.
Those are the kind of boxes that very nice drivers come out of...
I get a JBL feel from them.

I tried to email the guy when I was in his area on vacation but he never got back to me. Wouldn't have done any good though - I was in the family vehicle and you would need a full-sized truck to get these beasts home. The seller does state that the cabs are empty

I just keep looking at these things and wondering.......

[pilotputz]

So he's already stripped them of the JBLs and now he'd like someone to save him the dump fee...

[Silversleep]

Thread title should be ID these cabinets already stripped of its great drivers.

New post in Dollars and Sense giving the CL post (didn't want to run afoul of forum rules).

pilotputz and silversleep... probably correct but maybe, just maybe not. If you read the post, the person seems to struggle with basic sentence structure. You never know where gold may be found.

If anyone figures it out, please let me know. I am very curious.
