Yes, I recall as a kid in the 70's gnarly was very popular (at least in So. Cal). Along with "bitchen" & "radical". I seem to recall right around the same time Strokers & Cadillac skateboard wheels came out. I remember around '75 - '76 I had a fluorescent green "banana" board with Cadillac wheels. It was gnarly!


Don't remember when "tits" came about, 80's? "Dude, that "thing" is f'in tits!"
