Well, you do have to be asleep to believe it.
Random thought du jour - Is there such a thing as the Canadian Dream?? Would it be a functioning skimobile in every garage, a fridge full of Labatts, and a freezer full of moose meat?
I say this as a completely ignorant American, unaccustomed with my beloved Northern neighbors, with only Trailer Park Boys and the Mackenzie brothers as a guide.
Cultural treasures for sure!!!! What other reference is needed
Edit: I was at a joint US/Canadian command for 3 yrs. Those cover everything very well

Your "random thought du jour" was really humourous.
However, there may be some who will take you at your word. And, it's "snowmobile", we don't have garages, just tents, and most often it's venison(deer) in our ice boxes!

"Dreams" esp small business ones, have pretty much gone out the window on both sides of the border. The Covid thingy.
Then you have most goods coming from other there...the Orient Express, providing what we used to manufacture.
So, I think it's great that we can poke each other, yet in a Fix, we are there for each other. History supports this, eh!

Another "dream" gone for me!
I regards to the bear in general (no mil affiliation), I did know that this species, will stalk humans...making it one of the few animals that will do this.
Also, bears do not hibernate! They go into a state called "Torpor", much like the aforementioned sleep, that can last up to 100 days. Within this period of rest, the bear does not eat nor pass body waste. I was corrected by a grade one student when I incorrectly said the "bear hibernates".
When ever in the bear country, I'm always on guard for this critter, which some have said can out run a horse for the first hundred feet...and I know a horse can outrun ME!
So will never test this theory.
