“Sprouts Burgers” - 1 stop shopping on the way home tired from a day great at the beach: chuck/brisket blend, sharp cheddar, veggies, two $.69 Kaiser rolls (v. $9 buns) and egg potato salad.
This blend has amazing flavor.

The local supermarket had a sale on pork. 4 center cut pork chops on the bone for a little over ,$4 bucks. It was a no brainer for me.
I grabbed a boneless center cut pork roast for cheap money too for another meal.

I must be part canine, I only have 1 chop so I can gnaw on my wife’s and daughter’s as well. They take only the eye leaving the best part for me!

That look delicious. The egg salad recipes are very similar to what we create with "mustard potato salad". A great pairing with burgers, brisket sandwiches, and bbq in general. I was doing huge batches of it once per year.

This is the only picture I could find with some of it home made. This is also my first attempt with brisket burnt ends.

Tomorrow’s pulled pork was yesterday’s sale pork shoulder roast at < $2/lb. Pulled from the Weber (fuse method) at 158f after 4 hours. Then vacuum sealed for 90 minutes sus vide once it hits 185f.
IMG_5165.jpegIMG_5166.jpegI’ll rest it in my bag until bedtime. After I warm it sus vide tomorrow it should fall apart just looking sideways at it. :smoke:
