Tabasco. I think Tapatío is overrated...but then again, a lot of people would say the same about Tabasco. Regardless, Tabasco is one of the most unique hot sauces there is and I also like/appreciate how it is made as well. It's also very versatile.

Scratch. It's much more rewarding/relieving. Sometimes the sniff after the scratch ain't all that great.

Ontario. Mostly because my français ain't so good. Québec has some prettier mountain areas, but Ontario is just as beautiful in other ways. I've just become connected to the land here, so I'm going to have to go with Ontario on that one.
