Actually, no. After trying to photograph its mirror-like sheen, I realize it's time for more elbow grease.

Thanks. It'll look even better than that with Nevr-Dull. It really gets a deep, almost mirror-like shine, really. The only down side is a sore arm.

Thank you. The brushed aluminum it came with, just didn't do the table justice.

I like to repolish about once a year with the Nevr-Dull; once you get the initial shine it just takes 15 or 20 minutes to bring it right back. :thmbsp:

*TD-150AB- going to install a Sumiko Premier FT-3 ( anyone care to comment on this combo whether it works well or not)

TD124 with Ortofon tonearm, in line for refurbishment

Here's my TD-125 ll w/ Grace 707 & bamboo arm board. The mirror polish was achieved with wet sanding with SC paper from 320 to 2000, then a pneumatic die grinder with muslin wheel and white compound. Final polish and up keep is with Mother's Billet Wheel polish. If you don't get as deep as the pits you'll never get to mirror, not that you have to.

Haha please do! I am a huge fan of Padauk. My next table is going to be a TD125 with Padauk too.

Dave from VN does a great job finishing that kind of wood if you've never worked with it before. He did mine and it is by far my favorite part of my new 160.
