Well gents,
After driving a 1990 dodge short bed truck since 2004 with a 318 motor and when I bought it the mileage at the time was 52000 and now it has 142000 on it, I have now retired it waiting on my son to get home from 13 years in the Air Force so he can just play with it and have some fun and do whatever he wants with it only problem is he is bringing home a Nissan Skyline that he bought while he was in Japan and since made it into a monster of a car and the last I heard from him on it was that he had to up to 900hp and he was like dad hope you have some room for my tool boxes and get ready to have some fun with your old dodge. He is already talking about what he wants to do.

I owned back in the days in 'Holland' in the late 80's a Gold Brown paint Plymouth Volare in-line 6 'woody', with brown/beige 'fake' leather! My father had used it bussiness wise in Amsterdam the Netherlands for a decade or so and gave it to me.

When I got it, it had already 600.000KM on the tacho. First trans, tranny and and engine! I've driven it two more years and sold it to a guy in Stuttgart Germany.

I have also owned a Chrysler Sebring sedan V6 while living in Spain till April 2012. And I sold it, I first moved first to another place Spain (I left Europe all together late December 2014) Anyways. That Sebring was my last vehicle till date. And arriving here in January 2017 in a big metropole, and being thus the cityboy I am (again) today; it will probably stay that way for the foreseeable future!

One of the tenants at my shop complex picked this up a few months ago.

He is trying to fit 15x10 wheels on the back.

I told him "good luck", then I saw him with an angle grinder.

If the quarters didn't already have bondo, I'd have wept.

64 Sport Fury, poly 318, auto in the console.



He also wants to paint a big silver stripe over it.

I think that will detract from the machine turned section in the side molding.

@YY1 He should put a big wing on the trunk lid as well and maybe just maybe a hitch with some swinging balls from receiver!

Just finished washing the old 90 dodge and park it back in the shop. Didn't want to give it to my son dirty. Looking forward for him to be home in September after 13 years in the Air Force, This is my welcome home to my son.

He is already talking about putting 20's on it and jerking out the 318 and going Hemi so I will do him like my old boss at my old job that he got a new truck to drive and I got his old one and when he gave it to me he said you need to take it and get new tires ASAP, And I was like why and he said I boiled off the tires yesterday for fun!

My 1993RamCharger Canyon Sport 4x4. 360 Magnum, headers, flow master mufflers, performance computer. 35"tires... Old picture...loved this Truck....so did the ladies!I owed it for at least a 12years and drove it across the country many times. Chuck Norris pretty much made the sales broucher in the movie Lone Wolf McQuaid! LOL!

I saw him race at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, Wisconsin many times in the 70's.

Great looking truck & gal! My buddy was a salesman at a Dodge Dealer in '79 and he had a new black Ramcharger 4x4 dealer demo that had custom paint/graphics, oversize wheels & tires and such and took it home every night.

I now have a Mopar of my own. Bought last November. 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. 3.8 liter V6, Braun EnterVan wheelchair conversion, with lowered floor and power wheelchair ramp. B&D Independence power transfer seat, and SureGrip Featherlite hand controls with spinner knob. Had 126K miles on it. One previous gimpy owner.
