I'm thinking that a 8' 4" line array of woofers and a centered E'Wave would at least sound interesting... if not good.
Those are only 6.5' tall.

I used the same cabinets with mine. I suggest you ditch the grills, look here.I picked up a set of Barzilay cabinets and am thinking of E-waving them.
Would you guys mount the waveguide above the cabinet or inside? Will the grills on these cause problems?
I'm also considering using the 12" woofers out of my Klipsch KP-250s (Industrial Heresy) but hate to take apart nice speakers. I do believe the woofers would work better in the bigger cabs though.
Is that the C-36 cabinet? The 3 cubic foot enclosure on the LH site thread is very much the look I'm thinking of for my project.
Dave Newman (dnewma04) measured and posted the T/S parameters for that driver earlier in this thread. Put those into a box modeling program and see how it behaves. In another thread (on the LH site) Zilch said that he thought 3 cubic feet was a safe maximum size for the JBL 123A driver in a sealed enclosure. Because the HPM100 driver was purposely designed to be similar to the 123A I would like to know if it is a reasonable assumption that a 3 cubic foot box would also be suitable for the HPM100 driver?

C36 plans are here:Hi Duffinator, yes I think it was the C36 cabinet.
Hi Martin,
Yes, I admit even though I'm 40 I'm not a big fan of the old school wide baffle/large woofer look. Multi woofers on a narrow baffle is more my style, and there is no denying the coolness of two woofers straddling a waveguide![]()
16-Ohm woofers and 13 mH get it done op. cit.. It's two of the same woofer.

I believe the volume is about 6 cu ft. I need to double check my measurements.
I've got EPI 10" woofers and JBL waveguides + Selenium 220 that I am considering installing. Don't know how well the EPIs will like 6 cu ft sealed, but going to give it a shot.
Also considering going to the 10" Dayton classic, or maybe something else.
Decisions decisions!
