    Yamaha RX-V870 channel imbalance

    I have just bought a Yamaha RX-V870 amp and the left channel is very much quieter than the right. This is my first proper system (I’ve only had mini systems before) could I be doing something wrong or is there a problem with the amp and I should try to get a refund? I will add a video below
