My duaghter a couple of years ago. I will be changing it to both my kids once I figure out how to use my scanner with my new computer.

Just about any photo software will allow you to resize pics. If you are using a PC, you can use MS Paint like AW11SD said. It's a free program that comes with Wndows, I think. If you are a Mac guy, I think you can use Quicktime to resize images. It is also included with the operating system. I use photoshop, but I do a lot more than just resize images.
