How many CD's do you have?

Around a thousand, probably 1100. I quit buying, though. Stream what I don't own.

For those of you w/ discs in the thousands, suggestions on storage of would be appreciated (and pics too). I am overflowing my shelves (again) and looking for ideas. WAF is a factor in my case, so always looking for ideas. Plan to do something later this summer but plans not firmed up yet so (very) open to ideas/suggestions. (sorry if this request appears to hijack this thread - not my intent).

About 2000. Storage for large collections: look for the Ikea Leksvik CD storage unit. It holds around 300 CDs and looks reasonable. They go used for around $50 (sometimes with CDs still in them)

Just did a rough count, I've got a number between 400-500. With second hand CD's going literally for the price of (an itunes) song, its only going to get bigger.

An entire wall full...and counting !

In a custom made wood wall cabinet from the ceiling to the floor much like a book case and attached to the wall. That's why I bought the Onkyo C-7030....

I have a few hundred that take up about two feet of shelf space using these from Case Logic. I gave away almost all of the jewel cases to a local used record/cd/dvd store.
