That's good news and I will certainly be looking forward to hearing them since in my new home I will need to mount the rears on the ceiling.

Actually I think they would make a pretty good outdoor under eaves speaker. Like in a front/rear patio area or pergola area. Incorporate as a second zone speaker. Very neat. :yes:

When you can no longer convince your wife, it's time for an upgrade.
Such an opportunity of a lifetime did happen ......
When I was with WDC (Western Digital Corporation) back in 1991, their stock was then at $3.50 per share .......... Fast forward like 1995/1996, it hit the magical $100 level and more ..........
Of course, weall know what happen to Newton's famous law, "what goes up, must come down" ........... and like they say, the rest is history.
Back then, I should have sold everything to buy in at $3.50 (instead of a few miserable number) and today I would be very different ...... but then again, I might not have meet and know great guys like all of you (Howie, Serge, Ivan, Jesse, Vic, JM, JR, Carl, to name a few, ... !!!

4th time (since I joined AK)? Did I do that? Speakers only from WP7 to XRT30's (thats twice only), amps, well, lets see (from MC402, then MC501, then MC1201, then MC2000 add on, then Another pair MC1201), you are right on ....
Coming back to reality, I only said - "as though", cause I know I can never do that ... not at least for a good few years.:nono:
No plans to convince my wife. Cant and unable! I will be DEAF by the time I am finished with her cause she will made me remember the famous words I uttered " this IS the LAST upgrade" .... and "the best" ..... with two tight slaps. Better dont "play-play" with this!
I am looking at other stuff now, a Seiko Spring Drive GMT ...... small piece of engineering marvel relatively affordable ...... for my birthday tomorrow!
