Random Thoughts or Whatever

Pain is fortunately NOT recallable in scale. You can recall that you had pain, but you can not "re-feel" the pain. Apparently the psyche experts say that if pain was recallable, we never would have advanced past simple, safe life.
Yeah. That's one reason I keep hitting my thumb with a hammer.

:(

Gee, I dunno, but doesn't that seem like it could be "very dangerous to a society"? Ordinarily, such threats generate counter-action.
Dating had its dangers long before Nvidia. ;)

I'm not sure I'd survive if I had to start all over again. With all these new-fangled things to learn and ways to get entrapped.

Then there's the aspect as to....just where is the "pain" being felt...in the brain or in the area that is being affected. Receptors vs interpreters?

And it is amazing how pain over a long period of time does affect the mood/disposition of a person in not so good a way, eh?

I didn't experience my first "pain-free" day until I was 74. It was quite a revelation! Yes, you could say it affects your life.

New game coming soon ....

They should have animated the bullet belt moving and the gun ejecting spent casings.
But I'm being picky.

Nice graphics!

You know you're old when random parts of the body call in sick for no real reason. Especially when arthritis is in the mix.
One of my buddies acquired a new wrist problem while operating a wad of toilet paper. Reminds me of one of those occupational hazard videos that I was forced to watch. We have been doing this every day for a while after all. Maybe it's time to start training the other hand to do the job? Trying to stay ahead of a crappy situation here.

Unfortunately, as I get older, I find pain being more and more recallable. As in it keeps happening.

Some days it's not there, but BLAM, the next day, it's back.

You don't get to forget how it felt, as it keeps REMINDING you.

Regards,
Gordon.
