When buying vinyl, you the buyer, are the one who needs to confirm whether a particular title is rare or not. A lot of charlatans out there when it comes to this issue.Well i knew nothing about this vinyl and they have rare on the price tag thats why i got it.
They need confirm whether somethings rare or not JMO.

You'll find just about every album ever made described as Rare by some idiot.
An especially rare record would be worth more than nine bucks BTW.

Next time a seller tries to convince you of the rarity/value of an LP, you might want to first check online resources, e.g., Popsike, for auction hammer actuals going back several years, paying greater attention to the mean hammer prices, not the "record high" actuals. Lots of folks overpay b/c of perceived "rarity" of vinyl @ ebay, too. Gotta play this game smart & with data.

There are many records that are in fact very rare.....but no one wants them, so they still sell for $2!
On the other hand, there are some records that are relatively common, but they still sell for good money. When I was keeping track of eBay, I watched hundreds of copies of the Living Stereo shaded dog Sibelius Violin Concerto with Heifetz come through, and it consistently sold for $60-100. I don't think that's true any more, however.

Golly. I haven't this one in the thrifts for some time now, at least a couple years. Fortunately, I have my mono and stereo copies, like most everyone else here at AK.
