This was my one and only bike from back in the 70's. Bought this bike new in '74, Kawasaki MK IV 750. You talk about knocking the cobwebs outta your head in a hurry wow!

Looks like it could have started life as an early-1970s BSA B50 500 (or 250cc) Scrambler. Then again, the engine resembles a 250 Triumph of that era.

I believe it's probably a late 1960's Triumph Trophy Trail 250.

Beautiful bike. Wish I had one of those fork stabilizers on my 79 Honda 750 Supersport. These ol’ girls can get shaky at speed. Fun!

A friend of mine has an XB12, not sure of the model year. His is white with blue wheels and lettering.

He's got a few other bikes too, just sold a few off, including his 2024 Kawasaki H2 turbo.

I think the white and Blue were XB9's. They had a shorter stroke but same 3.5" bore. I could be mistaken.

in 2009 they had a white XB12. Earlier models had a white XB9

The orange, red and blue colors could have a transparent airbox.
The air cleaner cover on mine is a one of a kind machined aluminum piece a guy I work with made. The Pegasus and Buell logos are raised, he machined away everything else. I painted it satin black and then rubbed the paint off the logos by lapping it on a flat surface with fine sandpaper.
Took the cheesy lettering off that came on it.

The Thruxton is new to me this season, and the CL got a going over to get it into shape (carbs, tune, plugs, chain, sprockets, etc).

Anyone know what this is? It could be a BSA engine in a Triumph frame. Looks like a big single with 2 mufflers. Scrambler style.

Wow - I put a BSA 441 Victor alloy tank on my '73 750 twin back in '76 - tho my paint job was a bit different!

I see you have the S&S exhaust fitted to your RE. Nice. I’ve got AEW peashooters mounted on mine. Nice too. Great sound.

Sure do! The S&S are specifically for the REs, and came from the dealer, so no warranty issues. They sound bad ass, especially with the decibel reducers removed!

Yup, I’ve heard them before on any number of RE’s over the years. Great sound. S&S developed those with RE in Milwaukee and the big bore kits too. RE approved! I have the dB killers removed on mine too. Not too loud but just right and sounds like a proper P twin motorcycle with British heritage should!

I had to make sure my bike was not too loud, so it got the wife test. She approved!

If I rev it in the garage, though, I can hit close to 120 db.
