This is the kind of people I need to hang with. When someone knows specifically which kind of fruits and vegetables are best fired from a cannon, and whether they are best fresh or frozen, you know you've got something.

Not sure exactly what Mexican sauce is, but probably that. Lemons will sting like hell, regardless, but I'm assuming Mexican sauce can vary in its level of heat, so I'll take my chances with that.

Fish: beer battered or blackened Cajun-style?

Yes! If I had to choose, though...lasagna. But they're pretty much 1a, 1b for me!
