I had duck sausage with greens followed by tortellini Alfredo with smoked salmon. A nice pinot and a 2015 SACD release, Weinberg Chamber Symphony. Not bad for a late winter meal. (I say winter not because I lost my calendar but because it is snowing out again.)

I'm eating Kahn's liverwurst on Thomas English muffins from the outlet store with store-brand mustard and "complimented" by off-brand diet orange soda.

You could look at this in two ways: as either a jealousy fueled backlash against some of the more upmarket food mentioned in this thread or the desperate attempt of a notoriously cheap slob to get the price of dinner below $3.

Yesterday's leftover pizza from the Martin City Brew Co. Pizza and Taproom. Neat little place with a dozen craft beers made on site and pizza cooked in a small stone fired pizza oven. Closest thing I've found to good college town pizza in burbs here.

Finishing off a ham shank I baked with cloves & honey for seasoning. Just cutting off slices and devouring them washed down with black coffee.

Grilled: pork tenderloin (marinated in black bean sauce, garlic, maple syrup, brandy & bourbon), chicken thighs, lamb sausage, tofu (oil & balsamic vinegar marinade), eggplant & zucchini.

Rice on the side.

Around an hour ago,ate a plate of cold chicken breast with Paxo stuffing,then after a couple chicken sandwiches with a sprinkling of salt added... very nice too!
