Last night it was a real margarita, (no mix)

2 shots water
3/4 Tbs sugar
juice from one lime (just squeezed)
2 shots tequila
1 shot triple sec

Add all ingredients to 20 oz (standard shaker) and fill mostly to top with cube ice
Shake vigourously for 30 seconds - done

The wife and I cannot drink margaritas out anymore, they cannot compare to this recipe - mostly I belive it's the lack of chemical brew (mix ingredients) compared to the fresh lime.
