Worst. Movie. Ever.

Freddy got fingered. I wanted to whip my own ass for watching the whole thing.

"daddy would you like some sausage"

one of the BEST movies of all time.

My worst is any of those "boy with the dragon tattoo" related flicks..............

I took my daughters to see the original Pokemon movie when they were little. My daughters still joke it's the only movie I ever cried while watching. Not over the plot, over having spent money to see it.

Awh, but the ending was a bit touching...in a completely ass-backwards way, but still. Actually, I saw that movie the first day in theaters - it came out on my birthday here in town. At the time, I thought not much of it's failures, but looking back...uh,yeah...it isn't very good. Still better than the newer ones, I would reckon.

If you want a sad episode of pokemon, check out "bye bye butterfree", truly touching, like a family friendly, brightly colored, "old yeller"

Should probably stop talking, showing my age:para:

UGH, that piece of crap. One of the few movies I have not made it through. I got maybe 10 minutes in...around the "I'm a farmer" line:cry:. To put this in perspective, I like great movies, I like B movies, and I have watched a lot of crap all the way through...the gawd-awful "meet the spartans", seen it three times, never laughed once, but still, 3 whole times.

I almost want to see the rest of that one, for morbid curiosity.

I love Napoleon Dynamite. My wife hates it. I find it endlessly funny, and she thinks its moronic.

That one is most certainly "love it or hate it", though I have flip-flopped a lot over it, I have simply come to the conclusion that it's a very lucky film in several aspects.

I know a lot of bad movies, alot of old no-budget, Z-grade flicks. For a change of pace, how about a couple more recent, well-budgeted movies. First is Lakeview terrace. Seriously considered walking out of the dollar theater on this one, just awful in every single way...not even Samuel l Jackson could save it, try as he might.

The biggest recent movie to qualify as worst ever is The last airbender, I mean, my god. This gem has it all. To start, this film had a higher budget than any single LOTR movie, and what did that get?. Acting so wooden it puts a giant Sequoia to shame, special effects that look like Ed Wood had computer access, and complete destruction of the source material.

On that note, if you see "avatar;the last airbender" on nickelodeon, try it out, it's a "kids" show with decent action, a surprisingly good plot, and best of all, it doesn't talk down to it's target audience...it's really quite good, if not great. The movie is such crap though...it only works as a "see how bad it really is" rental:thumbsdn:

Crank 2 is my vote.

You?

Matt
Oh no, not a chance, I LMAO so hard with that movie, not like watching "Blazing Saddles" for the first time.

"Gamer", without question, had potential plot but spent too too much time with the shooting, made their point in the first 10 minutes of the movie, should have spent more time on the plot and I've like a few movies of Gerard's. Huge dissapointment for me!

I nominate "Ultraviolet". Horrid. If you like Milla Jovovich, stick with the Resident Evil movies. They're not great either, but they're far superior to Ultraviolet.

I'll confine myself to movies that were somewhat serious and were made in the hope of being good.

Zabriskie Point

The Damned

Love Story

Cross of Iron

All the Lord of the Rings pictures.

Godfather 3

Red Line 7000 (yeah, I know it's Howard Hawks)

The classic of all times, Plan 9 from Outer Space. Bela Lugosi's last film apperance.

Bela Lugosi actually died before this film was made. There was a little footage of him shot before he died that was incorporated in Plan 9.

This film is so bad, it's enjoyably funny! Cheap props and continuity problems make it a fun watch!

Roger Ebert thought I spit on your grave was pretty bad.

One of my worst is Highlander 2. Mostly because of how much I love the original Highlander and how the loud I found myself saying "WTF" after I watched the sequel.

Oh - and Highlander: The Source is a pretty reeking pile as well.

Could be Mixed Nuts with Steve Martin. I tried to watch it the other day and didn't laugh once.

M. Night Shama-lama-lame is one of, if not THE, worst movie-maker of our time.

In fairness to the collected works of M. Night Shyamalan, I believe 'The Happening' is every bit as bad as 'Airbender,' though on a smaller scale.
