Many excellent examples of cosmetically-challenged automotive design, but have to admit I don't have a problem with the 4th generation F-body platform.

Ford made some undeniably GORGEOUS cars-See my avatar- but they also managed to turn out their fair share of Steaming Piles. I'm sorry to say that the recently-discontinued Town Car was kin to my lovely, classy '67 convertible sedan...The TC looked rather like some sort of weird Jello mold...

I like orange too. It looks great on beauty (Mclaren MB), but it amplifies ugly (Subaru UggLee-X). Looks bad on Chicago Bears uniforms, too.

P.S. Damn! What size are those tires? 3.25?

Citroens are by definition the ugliest cars on the planet. Although as a 12 year old visiting France in '77 I was fascinated with the hydraulic suspensions that would activate when they were started up.

I was going to say that the early Subaru Tribeca held the title but you are right. Citroen made uglier cars. The SM is a notable exception to their overall hideosity.

Same here... in a Panhard kinda way. No better car to ride around, either (when new/restored).

OH.. and this goes without saying... RUINED it..

ALways loved that gen of GTO. Such a clean looking car. Even the non-stock one you show looks nice to me.

Taste is a matter of, well, taste but I've always like the Citroen DS-21. The SM was obviously beautiful but it had some mechanical challenges such as the way the Maserati engine had the camshafts ride directly in the head with no bearing surfaces. The later Citroens looked rather pedestrian (IMHO of course).

The Jensen C-V8 always struck me as a WTF design though I betca' it's a hoot to drive...
