It doesn't take that long, and I really don't think it's a problem with the mounts per se. It's the cheap motors they put on these things. I've had three one a Debut III, another on an Xpression II, which I replaced with a new Pro-Ject motor. The ones I bought on the turntables hummed within a month or so if purchase, the replacement motor hummed out of the box but only slightly, but within a month or so, it developed the same thing. It's an actual physical vibration of the motor. I tried all the tweaks around the internet and found the only thing that helped was to use larger wood screws and really tighten the motor down as much as possible. That plus running it at 2/3 speed with the speed box (for 33rpm) helps reduce the vibration to an acceptable level at 33rpm, but it's still there, and at 45rpm it's obnoxious.
Not sure about this case, but 80% threads about humming Debuts are for new ones.
Correct and it amazes me when people come here and ask for a entry level table to get people tell them to get this Pro-Ject and low end Rega.
These companies will continue to sell the same junk if they are selling them.
I for one am burt out on seeing people recommend these tables, then a month later the same buyer has threads to fix all the issues with these tables new out of the box.
OP if the table is new get your money back, thats the best fix you can do.

Ok that's fine but if we take you out of the equation these tables should get pennies on the dollar iin the used market. This is in no way to say you should not be proud of what you have and want. My comment are for the unsuspecting getting lead down the rabit hole of a turntable with a host of issues and the ones that recommend this table.
Me I prefer not to have issues with something I buy new and for it to have value after I buy it.

The DC version Carbon does not hum because it uses a DC motor instead of the AC motor the non DC versions had.
This is a very common reoccurring issue with new Project turntables that can be verified here on AK and a number of other audio sites by doing a search of past threads/posts. There may be a few rare exceptions as reported by a few AK members that got lucky with their example. Buyers are challenged by Project to DIY a known problem due to Projects poor design/parts quality. My advice return the Project for a refund forget about fixing it and take a serious look at the USA quality built U-Turn Orbit.

Actually it's not actually a DC motor, but rather a "DC power supply with ultra precision frequency DC-driven AC generator (like Speed Box) for ultimate speed stability." according to the Pro-Ject web site.
I've had the speed box with mine and all it does drop the frequency of the hum when running at 33rpm, but only one of the four the Debut DC models does that (the Esprit SB, which is only available in Europe IIRC).
So same junk motor.
