I love my job, I just photographed the capture of this bear cub that wandered, for a third time, into a suburban NJ neighborhood.
He ran out of a nature reservation in Millburn and up a tree in a Seton Hall Law professor's back yard a few weeks ago!
The Forestry and Wildlife guys took him upstate and released him.
We have way too many bears in NJ. I live in the north western part of the state and we see a lot of them. Also, a lot of deer and turkey vultures. You hit a deer and it is more or less gone next day since the bears and vultures eat it.

My brothers and sisters and mom at our last family reunion. I'm the big guy in the back row (red shirt). Next to my vintage system including pre-restoration PL-570. That black thing is a Nakamichi cassette deck 2.
never got to 'NCO Land', and especially not DI level (hardcore ****) but that picture brings back memories of Basic Training at sunny Fort Knox Kentucky . . . Agony and Misery . . . anyone else enjoy these lovely hills ?

The only picture I can find with me in it is this one from last summer at our daughters house, a couple weeks after my Dad passed away. We were celebrating our oldest daughters' 32nd, youngest sons' 23rd, youngest grandaughters 4th and oldest sons' GFs' 27th birthdays, all exactly one week apart in June. I'm the older fat guy in back on the left. My Mom is in the center, my wife to my left. All the rest of those people just like hangin out with me.
