Just having fun here. For example, I'm surprised how many people don't use smartphones. That is what I use 98% of the time, because I'm too lazy to drag out my laptop.

I used to use my phone or tablet until tapatalk went away. Now I just pop in on my desktop every once in a while. I don't use the browser on my phone to look at forums. too tedious.

The lovely Psion Netbook or an Asus-Eee-PC-like netbook? In my view the latter type still exists, just a bit larger now, in form of the current generation of pretty cheap, Atom-based entry-level models with 10 to 12 inch display (e.g. Acer Aspire E11 family). I'd even be inclined to buy one of these to have a cheap notebook for mobile use, if I'd still be out and travel as often as I formerly used to...
