Meant to save have, not hack. GUI= Graphical User Interface

Got it now, and yes, quite correct. I remember going from a 64-color PC to a very early iMac with more colors than you could shake a stick at. The best thing about Windows is Word, and my Mac has Word for Mac, a huge help in writing (I'm finishing my second book-length manuscript).

Very cool! So MO, isn't the State motto is: "The Show Me" State :)

Computer about 55% and iPad mini the other 45%. Smartphone is too small (iPhone 4) at the moment.

SP: Sure? 64 colours used to be the available palette of the old EGA standard - introduced around the mid 80s, only a few years before VGA, while the first iMac was introduced in 1998, iirc...

Yes the pic looks like my Rat Terrier I had for 15 yrs. He was a terror on squirrels and toys. He enjoyed bouncing balls off his nose. Thanks On The Blitz.

Smartest dog I ever had. As a pup played fetch for 1.5 hours then he got tired and kept the ball.
That is always what I've heard, is that some Terriers are really smart. I'm a dog lover and have a big, pure bred chocolate lab named Hunter. He is nearly 100 lbs, still thinks he's a little puppy and lap dog :) Him laying on my girlfriend :

Yea the do think they're lap dogs. Mom had a terrier beagle mix "Bruiser" 75 lbs of giant hound. Always liked to pin my mom on the couch. Hunter 's giving the eyes look.

I had a German Shorthair named Hunter and a photo like yours on a film print, I should scan it.
Yeah, he is referred to as a flat coat, he literally does not shed a hair. His mom and dad are "super dogs" the breeder I bought him from breeds them for cadaver dogs and seeing eye dogs.

OTB: Nice dog. And yup, it's funny that many of the large ones are surprisingly cuddly.

Largest one I met myself so far was a monster of a Great Dane/German mastiff, which almost gave me a heart attack, when I first saw it (I tend to be a bit suspicious of dogs, ever since I had been chased by one as a child...). It belonged to a family in a village a bit outside of Hannover, that provided private accomodation for CeBIT visitors - where we (two fellow tech journalists and me) landed, after it had turned out that our original reservation for an accomodation closer to the fair had failed, so that I didn't know what awaited me, before we arrived there. Hence the first sight was quite an "OMG!" moment for me... However, its calm, friendly and well-behaved character changed my impression pretty soon.

The other pretty large large dog I spent more time with was a friend's Polish Tatra sheepdog - an impressively handsome, almost noble looking exemplar with snow white fur. He had a somewhat more lively character, though - especially as he generally tended to... uhm... not only try to make love with other white dogs, but also with random humans who would happen to wear something white. So one could often hear Olli yelling: "PARIS (*), NICHT FI**EN!" A command Paris would obey to, though not without a somewhat disappointed look... :)

*) named after the Trojan prince, not the capitol of France...

iPad....

It's so cool, no matter where you go, you pick up on other people's wifi and maintain a signal. Then if you live in the downtown area, you don't have to own a router or pay for internet. Then the sound with a pair of Sennheizer HD PRO 280's is much better than most would assume it would be. Watching videos on YouTube while waiting for an appointment kind of blows some people away ! It's even better logistically as a resource for traveling because you can always find the cheaper price for gas and food by using citysearch.com !
