Pio has it with this line. I know many here love their cats, but I see them for the tormenting, murderous devils they really are. They kill wildlife just for the entertainment, and are in fact the deadliest predator there is, based on Animal Planet's special a few years back.

I respect them, yes. I do not want them in my home, tho. Have hauled 4 I trapped to the pound just this year, due to my town having so damned many feral cats. Guess what?? I now have rabbits in my yard, cute squirrels, and lots of birds, tho a cardinal recently got sacrificed. Found its head by my car.

Years ago we had tons of birds in our yard, now there are just a couple Scrub-Jays that pop in every so often. For several blocks around us there are almost no birds. The cats even managed to kill a humming bird at the feeder about 5' feet off the ground.

I'm sure there are plenty of other factors but this headline hit this morning:

I have NEVER had a dog bite or claw at me for just playing w/it, they'll virtually ALWAYS just run or walk, or snarl if they don't wanna be bothered. But now, Sweet l'il Ol' Puss-Puss is a VERY different story... She'll sidle up to you, might even look up & "Meow", you reach over to pet her, it builds up a static charge, she gets zapped, & launches as many claws as she can into whatever Appendage of yours is Handy... An' better chomp down w/her needle like-an' NEEDLE SHARP teeth, for good measure..
