Show us your flea-watts amps!

this is really cool. id luv to see a schematic for this amp--have you posted it in a build thread?
This is where it started:

I ended up with a parallel feed version pretty close to this schematic. Not sure if I got every detail in my as-built. Pretty sure I never got the ground bread circuit installed. The case is grounded to power ground but the audio ground buss may be floating still. The amp is very quiet but I should get the ground break in there. The amp makes about 4W or so at 1kHz.

The 1W 1kHz spectrum. Line just below the plot window shows 0.328% THD avg. Not too bad for a little SE amp.

FR at 1W is -3db at below 10Hz and 60+ kHz. So far I like these MPS output transformers. The series feed versions in this amp before converting to parallel feed measured similarly in the HF but a bit different in the LF.

Aha Guys ! :)

After looking to all your (nice !) pictures, I think I am still and again the winner in the double category : Flea Power plus Flea Size ! :D

oh geez, that is genuinely inspiring

Thanks @asilker ! :)

It's only a 2x1WRMS Flea Power amp, which works fine as expected, but it would have presented not much interest by itself if it was not also Flea Size ! That was the challenge, to be honest... And I had the parts to built it. ;)

Yes, I always consider the size as a major point in my Audio amp design and builds...

Below, from L to R : U-KT120 (12WRMS), U-300B (4/8WRMS), U-OTL (10WRMS), all sharing the same aluminium die-cast Hammond 1550J box , with 275x175x66mm :

Thanks @albusark !

When I was 15, I had the chance to learn my wiring technique from several skilled and talented OMs (Ham Radio) who lived at the Golden Age of Electron Tubes, one of them owning and operating an electronic surplus shop... Located in a tunnel under a railway station ! Their rules were "always think compact, short, logical, simple : you are definetly not working on an electrical cabinet, Boy !"

This is way beyond cool!!! You, sir, are an artist, as well as a designer. Do you sell these?

I do not see it, but is there a volume control? If not, would you also have to have a preamp with it?

Thanks @Genov !

No, I do not sell anything. It's purely an Amateur activity, as I state it on my little website :
https://guilhemamplification.jimdofree.com/

You are right : there's no volume control on my amps, so yes, a preamplifier is required - but any model is fine. Here are my DIY models :

Here is my home-made Audio Note "MICHOU-BIDOU" built with China sourced PCBs. And it works wonderfully !
To be equipped with a single 6SN7 preamplifier stage soon.

Nice! I like it. Single gain stage preamps can sound pretty good.
I built one that can use anything from a 12AU7 to a 12AX7, or even 12AZ7.
I'm using a 12AY7 in it right now. A 12AU7, or 6SN7 would be plenty of gain in many cases.
