Interesting until statements like this pop up.

The whole "paper", and I'll use that term loosely, focused on cable geometry affecting impedance. This statement is unsupported and comes from left field. This, and similar unsupported statements, throw some suspicion on the whole report.

Can't be taken seriously if they have skin in the game.
