I found a switch on the CD player that turns the display to a lower level then off so with the display off, I only have three lights in the stereo at night,
a green one on on the same shelf as the red one and another green one on top of the cabinet. Nice limited lighting allowing the music to fill the mind.

I have other stuff a bit more flashy but it is not in that system.

Yup 12" or 15" element while in the "minisub" is 8"

The bottom CDP is a Teac PD-D1500. The Top CDP is a H/K FL8400. Both 5-disc changers.
