best looking vintage receivers?

We had a thread run very similar here-

Not a big fan of that pink. Otherwise I think it's great. Actually it reminds me of a certain kind of cigarettes that Nat Sherman makes. All sorts of different colors, including pink. I used to smoke Nat's years ago (the normal-looking ones), and my mother picked up some for me as a favor one time, but she got the funky, colored ones by mistake. That was a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn't smoke the pink ones outside the house - cetainly-not in front of anybody. They must make those for women (and maybe even "blue-light" women).
 
This is a topic I can get behind. One of the reasons I joined this forum was to find information on a receiver that would look as good as it sounded because I can't find a modern receiver that I'm proud of haha. I have to say, I'm slowly but surely becoming a fan of how some of those Technics looked. They have such great lines.
 
I would have to split my vote between the Kenwood KR-9000GX and the Sansui G-9000. The sansui has a clean symetrical brilliance that grabs your eye from any angle whereas the Kenwood gives you more of a Norman Rockwell "Farewell to Want" equivalent to the "cosmetically appealing" department- I mean every color of the rainbow is represented somewhere on the 9GX's display. You turn it on and it immediately bathes you in a warm colorful glow like lights on a christmas tree.
