Just turned 45. I stumbled into Arthur Salvatore's store in Toronto when I was around 18. the difference is back then you could sit and listen to Mike Wright, Victor Sima, Ed Meitner, Chris Russell etc while they visited some of the local dealers I hung out with. You could also chat a Saturday away, while listening to state of the art gear.

18 and starting out in audio today means. You chat online with total strangers, about gear you've never heard made by people you've never met.
