Brush. I have my grandfathers brush but not much more than a nub of a brush left.

Williams shaving soap.

A former girlfriend gave me a fancy brush and stand. Brush is a big bushy thing and actually soaks up too much lather. Looks nice on the shelf though.

I don't use shaving cream or gel, can't stand the way it feels on my skin. :arrow:

I shave in the shower, with bar soap and a simple razor.

Started shaving as a teen with just a cheap twin blade dry and still do. Have NEVER purchased a can of shaving cream, looks too time consuming and messy. I do have a Braun electric razor, but I don't use it much as it's also time consuming.

I make my own with brush from cream called Kappus Nautik, really good.

And i shave with straight razor 10 times better than any gillette or wilkinson etc.

Shaving cream? Gasoline and a bowie knife here. Then I pat dry gently with a chamois made from the hide of a two-dicked unicorn.

Seriously, though, I do use a straight razor about once a week for goatee maintenance, and only with shaving soap and a brush - and the chamois of course...
