Rewiring a transformer, using single insulated wire over double insulated?
Pioneer thought it would be a fantastic idea to wire-wrap the transformer to the PCB. So, unfortunately, my only choice here is to undo the wire-wraps in order to remove the PCB. The problem is that the brittle 37 year old wire is now not long enough for me to create a new wire-wrap connection... -
