I just picked up one of these in black. I haven't even had a chance to mount a cartridge on it yet (I need to get some longer mounting screws for the cartridge I have in mind). It's definitely a unique look. Something told me it would show up in this thread.

I am a BIG fan of integrated head shell/cartridges, admittedly because of the "ease of use."
But often times when I look at my R9000E-LWS, I am more reminded of a BSR/Changer ceramic cartridge tonearm assembly.
Sounds good (IMO) but not as "appealing a look" (IMO) as a separate head shell and cartridge setup.
Still would like to try an ADC Integra though, in spite of its "looks."

When I first saw it I thought it would be very light. Surprised to find it weighed over 10 grams. Different though but of course pricey for a headshell.

I'd prefer to have both, which is why I convinced myself I like the look of the Orsonic.

I picked up mine used for less than half the typical price.
They seem to be really popular with the MC crowd, especially with the MC Denons. Most generic Technics style headshells weigh in the 9 - 10g range. I'm currently using the Pioneer PC-HS01 headshell. Other than the Pioneer Dj logo, I like the looks of this headshell, and is seems well made:

I plan on running a similar cart on the Orsonic (at least initially, I may eventually get the bug to give an MC cart a try)

I could not agree more and both are totally subjective and in the eye/ear of the beholder! I'm just glad we have so many choices available.
I ran one of KAB's Orotofon Pro-S30's for quite some time. I thought it sounded fantastic and the ease of use could not be any better. Ultimately, I dig my AT-VM740ML more and enjoy the fact that I can align it to Löfgren "A" which I find more appealing. All that said, I dug the looks of the concorde.

I tried one of these (AV-11Bb) several years ago and grew frustrated that I couldn't rotate the cartridge and that it had to remain square in the headshell - locked me into only one alignment geometry.

I have one of those Concorde S carts. Yeah they aren't pretty but it works with a HIGH output, I recently replaced it with a Grado Black2 and man do I need to turn that volume up compared to the Ortofon.
