Okay, maybe it isn't the ugliest ever, but it's pretty bad.
Does anyone know of an uglier one?
I've seen some wooden ones that were not pretty.
I'm not saying it doesn't work well, just that it's ugly.

It is not in mind ugly, it is integrated, Ortofon, and functional (and no overhang to worry about on a Technics, mount, balance, set tracking force, antiskate, and play!!!

It might not be your dish of tea, I'd be honored to have it mounted on one of my turntables. I like it, it is unusual. Nice Luxman classic it is mounted on too. I like both.

Ugly is too strong a word. Clunky was what first came to my mind when I first saw these tables. As a matter of fact I'd call the whole tone arm clunky. But that was a long time ago and I have a much greater liking for them now, Had to spend considerable time finding one around these parts.

I've come to look at yesteryear's ugly as today's handsome.

I like it too. I'd always prefer a headshell (and a cart) which is not only low-mass but looks the part.

Sometimes things that are ugly when you're young, turn out to be pretty cool looking when you get older.
