I need to replace my Advent/3 woofers
I am $25 deep into the pair of monitors, and the cabinets are flawless and the tweeters are great, but the woofers are burned. The woofers have rub and when are reading OL on my meter, when i disconnected them. they appear to be about 6" what would you recommend for woofers? they say w-1610...- impaled

Specs for Advent Prodigy II Bookshelf (Not Tower) Speakers?
Can anybody point me in the direction of the specs for the Advent Prodigy II Bookshelf speaker? I've been googling and I've found the specs for the Baby Advents and the Prodigy Towers but nothing on the bookshelf version (23"x 13"x 8.5"). Any help is very appreciated.- Jeff Archer

OLA Advent speaker post fasteners - correct orientation?
(1) side of the fastener is concave & the other FLAT. Which end is designed to engage w. the copper wire at the post? I've seen people using both sides... maybe it doesn't matter, but assume speaker designer had a definite opinion on that? -
